ITINERARY

Day 1 (28/12/2024): Departure For Manali

Gather & Report to the Trip Manager at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station at 8:30 pm.
Departure for Manali by 9:00 P.M in the evening. Overnight journey from Delhi to
Manali in the VOLVO Bus or Tempo Traveler.

Day 2 (29/12/2024): Manali (Karaoke Live Music & Welcome Dinner Party)

Reach Manali in the morning, hotel check-in & rest for a while after long and tiring journey. After rest, we will take a walk around in Manali and explore famous tourist places Hadimba Temple, Club House, Mall Road and Tibetan monasteries. All major sightseeing is located nearby hotel itself. Return to the hotel. In the Evening we have organized Bonfire Karaoke Live Music Night and Trip Welcome Dinner Party. You Can Show Your Awesome Singing Skills Too. Overnight stay at Camp or hotel

Day 3 (30/12/2024): Manali (Himachali Cultural Party)

Wake up early morning to enjoy the scenic view of Himalayas, freshen up and have breakfast. After breakfast, we will visit to Solang valley for adventure activities in a taxi or traveler. Solang Valley: It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley, 14 kms northwest of Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass. It is known for its summer and winter sport spot. The sports commonly offered are parachuting, paragliding, AVT Cable, zorbing etc. By evening we will return back to hotel for the next night event “Himachali Night Bonfire Party. Where we will enjoy Himachali Music, Dance & Himachali food. Overnight stay.

Day 4 (31/12/2024): Manali (New Year’s Eve Celebration)

Spend day at Leisure. Wake up, freshen up & have breakfast. After breakfast you are free to spend Leisure Time in Manali. You may explore Mall Road for shopping or may take nature walk at Van Vihar National Park. Those who love adventure may plan for short trek to Jogini Waterfall (3 km) or Bijli Mahadev in Manali with your friends & fellow travelers by your own expenses. By 5:00 pm return back to hotel for New Year’s Party Eve Celebrations- DJ, New Year Party Games, Dance, New Year Special Mocktails, Fire Crackers, New Year’s Dinner Party followed by Cake Cutting and lots of goodies waiting for you

Day 5 (01/01/2025): Manikaran

Early in the morning take breakfast & heading toward Manikaran. We will travel Manikaran Temple Visit and explore nearby areas like Lord Shiva Temple and in the evening back to Manali. And stay overnight at camp

Day 6 (02/01/2025): Return Journey

After the Breakfast and check out from hotel or camp. We will travel for the onward return journey to Delhi. Reach Delhi in the morning with a bucket load of memories and endless pictures of your wonderful trip

No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling
Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, Lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

In the event of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, the Tour Manger has discretionary powers to modify the route or cancel the tour
The company reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure, without assigning any reason. In that case, money paid by the tour participant will be refunded after deducting the actual costs. But no compensation claim will be entertained.
Baggage and personal belongings of the tour participant is his/ her responsibility. The company shall not be liable for the loss / damage of the same due to reasons beyond the control of the company.
Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited during the bus journey.
If the tour participant misbehaves causing inconvenience or annoyance to any tour participant or causes damage to the property of the company, he/ she will be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Tour Managers have been authorized to do so. There will be no compensation, whatsoever, in such cases.
Domestic Tour prices attract 3.5 % Government Service Tax & 0.125% Swachh Bharat Cess, except Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Assam Meghalaya Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nepal tours, which will be charged extra on the tour cost.
The company may arrange shooting during tours (stills / video). The tour participants shall have no objection to the shot material being used as publicity material by the company.
